Please ADVISE! - JUDGE WON'T MAKE HER JUDGMENT

I have been divorced for several years with split custody, legal and physical. Mom started alienation when I got remaried, and my son liked to stay more and more with our new family. We had a three days trial which seems went reasonably well. We had to supply a lot of evidences to the judge (emails, phone logs, etc.) After the trial, the judge said she will do a bench hearing in three weeks. At the time of a bench hearing she canceled it without rescheduling. It's been three months since the trial, and there is still no new bench hearing scheduled. My attorney and I followed up several times - no result. How long is this going to take (any allegation or guestimate would help) and what could be a possible delay? Lastly and more importantly, what could be done to speed it up? The problem is that my ex still have a temp schedule which cuts me down badly, and my son and I are missing each other while my ex denies any extra time.
Please advise!
Thanks
